In an effort to remain timely with our patient flow and allow for optimal client access, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

​Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill the appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. We ask all new and established clients to provide a credit card to have on file. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. In the event we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations, the following fees will be applied to your card or billed to you in the event the card is declined.

Please be aware that, should you need to cancel your appointment, you need to do so 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

If you cancel with less than 24 hour notice, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file. If you do not have a card on file, or if the card on file is not functional, you will be required to pay the $100 fee before you can book any future appointments.

If you are not able to be on time, we will do our best to complete as much of the treatment as possible. Please keep in mind with some treatments, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the next scheduled patient’s service can begin on time. These are medical procedures with associated risks. Should you arrive late to your scheduled appointment and time does not permit us to safely perform the desired treatment, we will not jeopardize your wellbeing by rushing the service, and you will be charged the $150 cancellation fee.

If you do not come in at all (“no-show”) for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the $100 cancellation fee, and you may be barred from booking future appointments. We thank you for your understanding.

We offer several options for your convenience to reserve an appointment. You may schedule an appointment through our website: www.sweetwateraesthetics.com or by calling 412-534-3383.

When reserving your appointment, you will be asked to use a credit card to guarantee the appointment, however you will not be charged a fee. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, or fail to show up, an appointment cancellation fee will be applied to your credit card at that time. A reminder for your appointment will be sent either via text or email, which you are able to confirm. Multiple appointment reminders will be sent out to the number provided when you book your appointment. If you are unable to confirm, please use the automated service or call/text us to reschedule or cancel.

Please note, when you schedule an appointment, that is your acceptance of the policies.

While we make every effort to make each client as happy as possible, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and non-transferable. As a medical office, we cannot offer refunds on any used or unused appointments/sessions for individual services, service packages or service series. However, if possible, we will allow our patients to use the charges towards other services and/or products. Sweetwater Aesthetics reserves the right to review all refund requests and make a decision on any resolution.

Our staff and medical professionals will thoroughly explain our services and do their best to maintain expectations of results. Because of the nature of many of our services, there is no guarantee of absolute results. Our in-office consent forms will explain each treatment in detail. By signing our consent forms and receiving treatment, you are agreeing to an understanding that our services are non-refundable.

The Gift Card must be present at the time of purchase or usage. All Gift Card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen Gift Cards cannot be replaced or redeemed. Gift cards do not expire unless otherwise indicated with a promotional deal, which will be indicated on the Gift Card.

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. All of our new clients will have a form to fill out, as well as a consultation before your service is started. This is factored into your appointment slot so that you do not have to arrive earlier. An early arrival does not guarantee that your service will be started before the scheduled appointment time.
